Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for, purchasing a ticket to, or attending TOP U CANADA.
By purchasing a ticket, completing a registration, and/or attending the Event, the purchaser and attendee acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable Privacy Policy and other policies relating to the Event.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “Organizer” means TOP U CANADA, a division of Pacific Premiere Consulting Group, and “Event” means the relevant TOP U CANADA event for which the attendee has registered or purchased a ticket.
Ticket prices, service fees, payment processing fees, and any other applicable charges will be displayed through the designated ticketing platform prior to payment.
Payment may be made using the payment methods supported by the ticketing platform, including credit card, bank transfer, or such other payment methods as may be made available.
Purchasers are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of all registration information, ticket type, number of tickets, ticket price, and other relevant details before completing payment.
A registration will be considered complete only after payment has been successfully processed and a Confirmation Email has been issued by the ticketing platform.
Where payment is unsuccessful, incomplete, declined, or otherwise not confirmed by the system, the registration will not be considered complete.
Following successful payment and registration, the attendee will receive an E-ticket and/or QR Code through the email address provided during registration or through another method designated by the ticketing platform.
The attendee must present the applicable QR Code, E-ticket, or other registration confirmation at the registration desk on the Event date in order to verify admission.
The Organizer reserves the right to request reasonable additional information or identification where necessary to verify an attendee’s identity, registration details, and eligibility to attend the Event.
Attendees are responsible for ensuring that the information appearing on their ticket is accurate and for maintaining the security of their E-ticket and QR Code.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where:
(a) the Event is cancelled by the Organizer without being rescheduled or replaced;
(b) the Organizer expressly announces that refunds will be made available in a particular circumstance; or
(c) a refund is otherwise required under applicable law.
An attendee’s inability to attend due to personal circumstances, including changes in travel plans, academic schedules, examinations, employment obligations, illness, or other personal reasons, will not ordinarily entitle the purchaser to a refund.
Where a refund is approved or required, it will be processed in accordance with the procedures, timelines, and conditions applicable to the Organizer, ticketing service provider, and/or payment service provider.
Tickets are issued for individual use and are non-transferable.
A ticket may not be transferred, assigned, resold, or provided to another person, and the registered attendee name may not be changed, except with the Organizer’s prior written approval.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify an attendee’s identity and registration information before granting admission.
Where the person presenting a ticket does not correspond with the registered attendee, or where the registration information cannot reasonably be verified, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission.
If the Organizer cancels the Event and the Event is neither rescheduled nor replaced, purchasers will be entitled to a refund of the applicable ticket price in accordance with the procedures and conditions announced by the Organizer and/or ticketing service provider.
Information regarding the refund procedure, processing period, and payment method will be communicated through appropriate channels, which may include email, the official Event website, or the Organizer’s official communication channels.
Any service fee, transaction fee, payment processing fee, or other amount charged by a third-party service provider will be refundable only to the extent provided under that service provider’s applicable terms and applicable law.
The Organizer reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to amend the date, time, venue, format, programme, schedule, content, speakers, universities, colleges, schools, educational institutions, exhibitors, or participating representatives of the Event.
Participating institutions, speakers, representatives, exhibitors, programmes, and schedules may be changed due to travel arrangements, scheduling conflicts, illness, operational requirements, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control.
A change to an individual participating institution, representative, speaker, session, programme, or activity will not constitute cancellation of the Event where the Event otherwise proceeds.
If the Event is rescheduled, existing tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled Event unless otherwise announced by the Organizer.
Where a material change or rescheduling prevents a purchaser from attending, the Organizer may determine an appropriate refund, credit, alternative arrangement, or other remedy in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.
An attendee who fails to attend the Event (No-Show) will not be entitled to a refund except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Attendees are responsible for arriving at the venue in sufficient time to complete registration and admission procedures.
The Organizer does not guarantee participation in any presentation, seminar, consultation, appointment, meeting, or other activity where an attendee arrives after the relevant activity has commenced or concluded.
All attendees must conduct themselves appropriately and respectfully toward the Organizer, participating educational institutions, representatives, exhibitors, speakers, staff, venue personnel, and other attendees.
Attendees must comply with all reasonable Event and venue rules, security procedures, health and safety requirements, and instructions issued by authorized personnel.
Harassment, intimidation, threats, violence, disruptive behaviour, unsafe conduct, or conduct that materially interferes with the Event or the rights and safety of others is prohibited.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission, suspend participation privileges, or require any person to leave the Event where the Organizer reasonably considers such action necessary for safety, security, appropriate conduct, or compliance with Event or venue requirements.
Where admission is refused or an attendee is removed due to the attendee’s conduct or breach of these Terms & Conditions, no refund may be provided, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any attendee under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to register for and attend the Event.
The parent or legal guardian is responsible for reviewing the Event information and determining whether participation is appropriate for the minor.
Where required, parental or guardian consent will include consent relating to the minor’s participation in the Event and the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information reasonably necessary for registration, Event administration, communications, and other purposes described in the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.
Personal information relating to minors will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
Photography, video recording, and other forms of Event recording may take place during the Event for purposes including documentation, publicity, communications, reporting, and promotion of the Event and the Organizer’s related activities.
Such photography and recording are primarily intended to capture the general atmosphere and activities of the Event rather than to focus specifically on individual attendees, unless appropriate consent has been obtained or another lawful basis applies.
Attendees acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in photographs or recordings of the Event and that such materials may be used through the Organizer’s websites, social media channels, publications, reports, promotional materials, or other communications.
Photography and recordings involving attendees will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Organizer’s relevant privacy policies.
The Organizer and its relevant service providers may collect personal information provided during registration, including an attendee’s name, contact information, school or educational institution, level of study, educational interests, and other information reasonably related to Event participation.
Such information may be collected, used, or disclosed as reasonably necessary for purposes including:
Where permitted by law and/or where the required consent has been obtained, the Organizer may also communicate information regarding educational programmes, future events, activities, and study opportunities that may reasonably be of interest to the attendee.

Online payments are processed through third-party payment service providers and/or the designated ticketing platform.
The Organizer does not directly store purchasers’ credit card details unless expressly disclosed and permitted under applicable law.
Purchasers are responsible for reviewing the transaction details and amount payable before confirming payment and should retain their payment confirmation and Confirmation Email until the Event has concluded.
For technical or transaction-related issues involving payment processing, card charges, billing, or the ticketing platform, purchasers may contact Zipevent through its designated customer support channels or contact Pacific Premiere Consulting Group / TOP U CANADA for reasonable assistance and coordination.
Attendees are responsible for the care and security of their own personal property, including documents, electronic devices, bags, valuables, and other belongings while attending the Event.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to an attendee’s personal property.
Attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, meals, insurance, and other personal expenses associated with attending the Event unless expressly stated otherwise by the Organizer.
Information concerning educational institutions, programmes, admissions requirements, scholarships, tuition fees, application procedures, or other educational matters may be provided by participating institutions or representatives. Such information may be subject to change.
Attendees are responsible for independently verifying current information directly with the relevant educational institution before making academic, financial, immigration, travel, or other decisions.
The Organizer will not be responsible for failure or delay in holding the Event as scheduled where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, without limitation, natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fires, epidemics or public health emergencies, security incidents, civil disturbance, transportation disruption, government orders or restrictions, venue closure, or other events of force majeure.
In such circumstances, the Organizer reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify the format of, or cancel the Event as reasonably appropriate.
The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify purchasers and attendees of material changes and provide information regarding rescheduled dates, the validity of existing tickets, or other applicable arrangements.
Any refund or alternative arrangement arising from a force majeure event will be determined having regard to the circumstances, the conditions announced by the Organizer, and applicable law.

The purpose of the Event is to provide its intended audience with direct access to participating universities, colleges, schools, and educational institutions for educational information and guidance.
In order to preserve the educational purpose, integrity, and intended format of the Event, education agencies, overseas education consulting companies, student recruitment businesses, and their owners, directors, executives, employees, agents, representatives, or other personnel are not permitted to register for or attend the Event as general attendees where they operate a business that is similar to or competes with the Organizer, unless prior written authorization has been obtained from the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify registration information and attendee eligibility and may request reasonable supporting information or documentation where necessary.
Where the Organizer reasonably determines that an individual or organization does not satisfy the eligibility requirements, has registered in a prohibited capacity, or has provided false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information, the Organizer reserves the right to:
Any refund in such circumstances, if applicable, will be determined by the Organizer subject to these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
